Our app allows you to group customers together, and requires only a name and any one of three contact methods - telephone number, e-mail or postal address. The 'Info Script' menu option shows a standard piece of text that the staff member should read out to the customer to advise them why their details are being recorded, how long it will be retained for, and to confirm that they are happy to consent to this use.
