Leading the architecture of Digital Tribe's greenfield .Net Core microservices estate and React front-end web applications. This project involved the creation of several new applications to service the needs of millions of water and sewerage customers throughout the region. Yorkshire Water serves 2.3 million households and 130,000 business customers.
Major rewrite of holiday search engine and integration of new Web API-based margin management system into Jet2Holidays website. Also worked on the airline booking system, providing backend performance improvements. We were also involved in the re-architecture and rewrite of legacy systems to .Net Core Linux Docker containers. Seemlessly and without any business interruption, performed the migration of a single, large monolithic TFSVC repository into over 100 individual Git repositories, complete with GitFlow compatible branches and continuous integration builds. Created several TFS and Azure DevOps custom build steps and processes, including automated test environment creation and smoke test execution using Docker.
A mixture of Agile and more traditional Waterfall-style environments in the insurance and wealth sector, this involved working on C#, ASP.NET, WPF and WCF applications. Work with this company involved the integration of many disparate and legacy systems using SOAP web services.

Involved working on a number of ground-breaking initatives, including early retina scanning identification systems.

Multithreaded web service for analysing in-game data and chat in real time. Involved SQL Server tuning of tables containing upwards of 2 billion rows, one of the largest single tables we've seen in a relational database, ever.
